THE SOULFUL NUTRITIONIST

Thank you for choosing The Soulful Nutritionist. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or working with me, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payment

All appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been received. If payment is not received, your appointment time may be offered to another client.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded at my discretion.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend your appointment without notice ("no show"), will incur 100% of the appointment fee.

- Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply.

While every effort is made to support you in achieving your goals, no guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes.

All personal information shared during consultations will be treated with the strictest confidence and handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Personalised Protocols

Any nutrition plans, supplement recommendations, wellness protocols, or lifestyle guidance provided are created specifically for you and should not be shared or used by others.

Reiki & Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle, complementary energy therapy intended to support relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Clients understand that Reiki is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose, prescribe for, or cure any disease or medical condition.

Supplements

Where supplements are recommended, these are based on the information you have provided during your consultation.

It is your responsibility to inform me of any allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or changes to your health before beginning any supplements.
